In commercial and corporate litigation, I have gained significant experience in handling complex disputes, often involving international elements. In the field of product liability, I assist national and international companies in managing recall procedures, defining compliance strategies, and implementing corrective actions, as well as handling related litigation. In contract law, I provide legal advice both during the negotiation phase and in managing any disputes that may arise, with a particular focus on risk prevention and management.

Before becoming a Partner at 3D Legal – Dandria Studio Legale in 2020, I worked for over 15 years in the litigation departments of Gianni Origoni and Orsingher Ortu.

I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2003 and am qualified to represent clients before the Higher Courts.
