““I am in charge of the corporate practice within the Firm.
I specialize in corporate and commercial law, with specific regard to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments, as well as corporate governance issues. I assist Italian and foreign companies in the structuring and negotiation of acquisition contracts, shareholders’ agreements and various commercial agreements. I also regularly provide legal assistance to no-profit organisations.
After graduating in Law from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart in Milan, I obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) diploma in European Business Law from the Pallas Consortium in Amsterdam. I worked for over 14 years with the law firm Gianni Origoni and in 2014 was seconded to a primary US corporate and investment bank.
I am admitted to practice in Italy since 2007”.
